Two months after an ABC15 investigation into a local medical clinic where steroids are a prescription of choice, one of its locations has closed its doors.

The owner of Revolution Medical Centers in Peoria has posted a sign on the door to advise customers the “Peoria office will be closing as of July 1st, 2008.”

The clinic’s owner, Dr. Jeremy Bula, could not be reached for comment.

Since our investigation first aired in late April, the Drug Enforcement Administration has launched a criminal investigation into Revolution Medical Centers.

At the same time, the Arizona Naturopathic Board of Medical Examiners and the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners have launched civil investigations.

Meanwhile, Revolution Medical Centers' Phoenix location remains open for business.
