Do you ever look for music videos online? How about song lyrics?

If you do, beware!

Those items are some of the most dangerous things to search for on the Internet.

A new report from the computer security firm McAfee, warns that scammers are taking advantage of your interests by loading them with spyware and viruses.

According to McAfee, the most dangerous search terms for 2009 are lyrics, free videos, music and screensavers.

Be especially careful of free lyrics and free screensavers.

McAfee says there’s a 50-50 chance you'll get more than you asked for.

The security firm also said many sites offering music lyrics will secretly download a program onto your computer that then floods it with pop-up ads, or worse.

According to McAfee, free music and lyric sites contain "spyware" or "malware” that can be impossible to remove without wiping your computer clean.

Make sure if you’re watching a music video online that it’s coming from YouTube or a TV network site and doesn't ask you to download a special program to see it.
