This week, we're tackling the story of a jailed Maricopa County detention officer who's accused of taking a lawyer's paperwork from her courtroom desk.
The story has generated incredible debate - on both sides.
Detention Officer Adam Stoddard has since been found in contempt of court for walking up to Attorney Joanne Cuccia's desk and removing the document.
He was put in jail for several weeks, but on Thursday morning was released pending an appeal filed by his attorney.
