#4 Concrete

Concrete countertops are made from natural materials. The compounds are mixed and formed into a variety of shapes. Concrete is the only countertop material that can be fabricated on site, or poured at your home into forms.

Pre-cast surfaces are smoother and richer in color and finish. Like engineered stone, decorative objects and tiles may be embedded into the concrete as it cures. Concrete is chip and stain resistant, and can be easily repaired.

Some counters are reinforced with glass or fiberglass for additional strength. The options here are endless. Use a local vendor to avoid shipping costs.
