how horrific, i would want to die if i lost my 13 year old daughter. that is why, my car does not start until everyone has their seatbelts on. no exceptions. why people still dont wear them is beyond me. it is not a full guarantee that it will save lives but i'm willing to increase my odds and those of my family by wearing one and enforcing that they wear it too.
