IM4US what form of freedoms are you really representing? Terrorists freedoms? So what they call themselves muslim or islamic, our American armed forces has the power to can enact in times of national danger to block entrants of certain nationalities into any branch of the military. I have suspected your cover one day would be blown, today you showed your true colors, where have you been training, in Pakistan?

so Lorida you would have the military break the law, abuse their power and destroy the foundation of America - based in not being prejudiced against any nationality, religion, or color of skin. all based in this incident or do you have more rhetoric to share with us re: the entire muslim nation. remember - just because someone here agrees with you, doesn't make you right. it just means there are more prejudiced people commenting.

Ribeye there are solutions to the problem you are inquireing about, the best protection agains anything like this mass killing of soldiers by a radical muslim, is to prohibit muslim/islamic followers to join the military nor axcess any free education the military offers. These safety rules should be adopted in all military academies. Historically, the muslim/islamic students, which were the majority of the terrorists that carried out the 9/11 attacks, were carrying student visas documenting to be attending ASU and other educational institutes in their all time favorite subjects, that of bio-chemistry, medical and psychology, all of these careers puts them in service to soldiers and civilians. Its a sham this nut case had to teach our country a very bloody lesson in protecting even the military against religious zeolotst on our own soil.

Deepest sympathies to the families involved in this shooting. My son-in-law was at Ft. Hood in July and we drove there to see his dismissal ceremony before they were all shipped off to Kuwait. And for the survivors, remember that God spared you for a special reason that he will reveal to you later. I just hope the base changes it's policy as to who gets on base after this tragedy. Instead of just checking Driver's license, Medical cards must be presented before entry. But, in this case, the shooter had a military ID, so how do we avoid this in the futre? No easy answer. You're all heroes in my eyes!
