Lorida, What will it take for what? Suspend all aviation in the US. The FAA and NTSB don't "notice" accidents, they investigate everyone of them and assume nothing. Record numbers, not close. Years past have been far worse. Cars, buses, ambulances, police cars, fire trucks, helicopters, planes, trains, and boats etc. are machines that are operated by humans and such will never be completely without mishap. The military officers and enlisted folk train, as do civilian emergency providers train and are evaluated constantly. Trust and recognize that these folks respond day and night for public and national security. Be grateful and evaluate your own safety, but don't cry about those who put their lives in harms way for all who need them.

Prayers to the victims and their families. Hope they recover quickly and I'm glad no one was hurt on the ground.

The FAA has not yet noticed planes and helicopters crashing in record numbers tis year.....what will it take? God only knows. Last week there were at least three crashes reported, two of which were assumed to be head collisions, that involved military air craft near Catalina Island.
