“Drunk drivers kill or injure thousands of people every year destroying families and their own lives. The efforts of the officers who volunteer for these task force deployments make the roads of Pinal County safer." Oh, so it is not just "Joe" who is making an effort to uphold the law? Does using volunteers to do the work keep Nappy's wolves at bay somehow? Maybe if they're not paid upfront, Nappy et.al. cannot claim racial profiling????? If media is going to warn the drunks and IAs ahead of time, maybe there won't be quite as many caught? Don't bet on it. They're not that bright. This will be interesting to see.
