This guy deserves a harsh prison sentence. It would also be nice if in prison, he meets up with a hardened inmate whose child was affected by this POS. If he was fired from a previous school for inappropiate behaviour with a minor...why in the world was he never prosecuted? And, these schools better get their head out of their butts and improve their background checks and reporting of misconduct.

I cannot get past that snotty self assured smirk on this child molester's fat face! He certainly looks satisfied! How much more proof do citizens need to know that the education system in Arizona does not want to bother taking the time and trouble to get background checks on school applicants? With all the billions of dollars in handouts given by Obama specifically to be used for Arizona's education system, not one single person was able to procure a decent computer program linking police records across the country to our state for instant information instead of waiting for weeks on end for results, sometimes it takes a year, and by that time its too late, the preditor was hired!!!! Educators must protect our children from child molesters, child rapists and all the sexually deviant males and females who are certified as "qualified teachers" with these backgrounds - they often lie about their past and use false identities to get hired and get in classes looking for victims. After the fact is always too late for a lifetime, if more parents demanded protection and background checks on every single applicant, they would get it.
