FLORENCE, AZ – Thirteen firefighters responded to a blaze that broke out at a home in Florence Monday.
The fire reportedly ignited at an unoccupied rental property near Sidewinder Circle and Highway 79.
Wyatt Oden, Deputy Chief of Rural Metro Fire Department, said 13 firefighters from the Rural Metro, Florence and Queen Creek Fire departments responded to the scene.
Because there are no fire hydrants nearby, crews are reportedly letting the fire burn out.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
