Don't you get tired of looking at the same old four walls all the time?

According to interior designer Jewell Blair, you can make a really big impact by changing just one corner of the room!

We all have base items that will work with more than one color scheme or theme.

Blair says you need to start with these items and other items you find around the house in other rooms to give your selected room a design boost.

These are changes you can make without paint, carpet or other expensive additions.

Some of Blairs suggestions include, changing the artwork, accessories and florals and bring in a few items that have a different style or texture.

Blair says you should mix textures, fabrics and materials for a rich, comfy feel in the space.

Adding fabric, whether in the form of panels, throws or slipcovers adds drama and interest.

Don't forget your bling! According to Blair, a little sparkle is needed in every room. Use metals, glass or mirrors to help reflect light and energy around your space. The impact is amazing.

Of course, if you want to really go for it - add a new color on an accent wall or buy new lighting. Both of these options are easy, an inexpensive to change out.
