Marty struggled with his weight for most of his life, here in Arizona.

After a rude awakening from his physician threatening the risk of diabetes and tremendous stress on his heart, Marty new it was time for a change.

Marty tried everything to drop the weight from diet pills to extreme dieting and yet he was still hungry all the time and needed something to satisfy his hunger.

Then Marty discovered Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet. He said they helped him to lose 100 pounds!

Dr. Siegal's “secret” blend of amino acids and food proteins, which he personally mixes every night in his bakery, apparently suppresses hunger to help customers reach their desired weight.

The cookies can be used as a healthy snack alternative or to control your appetite, while following a doctor-supervised diet.

The diet is now accessible to everyone across the country through website purchases, storefronts and kiosks nationwide.

Dr. Siegal also said he has announced plans to expand distribution of the weight loss method and snack foods throughout the United States.

"I take a practical approach to losing weight," said Dr. Siegal. "The world is full of well-intentioned nutritional advice. While much of it is nonsense, some would benefit anyone who followed it. But almost nobody follows that kind of advice because it comes out of an ivory tower and is too complicated and demanding to be useful in the real world. I want results, not unrealized good intentions."
