Pole dancing, or pole fitness, emerged onto the conservative mainstream market about six or seven years ago and has continued to gain momentum in more ways than one.

According to certified personal trainer Lorrie Henry, pole dancing is more than your traditional dance of seduction; she says pole fitness offers an intense total body workout that has women everywhere partying it up while shaping up.

One of the greatest benefits of working out for most people is the self confidence you tend to build with it.

Well, hold on ladies, literally, because Henry says pole fitness is here and it’s proud!

You and your girls can now have a whole new type of happy hour, a healthy one.

Want to tone up your arms, thighs, abs and shoulders all while having fun and being a little flirty?

Henry says you should try Pole Fitness, it’s guaranteed, not only to get you in great shape, but maybe even make you feel a little sexy while losing unwanted pounds.

Henry says she is always trying to find great resources to help clients with their major problems and over the years the one constant that she has found is most women tend to lack good upper body strength.

She says most men are endowed with natural upper body strength and can do awesome amounts of pull-ups or push-ups but not women, right?

Henry says this is officially her new favorite workout.

Why? Because she says it allows women to embrace the fun side of fitness while offering in her opinion, the best benefit to all women; good upper body strength.

According to Henry, pole fitness tones and strengthens every upper body muscle from front to back.

She says it also sculpts your core and tightly tones your legs, all the way down to your toes.

If that isn’t enough, Henry says pole fitness even offers a real post workout stretch, with effective relaxing in minutes, again utilizing a simple pole.

Henry says most of the classes offered can be utilized by all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, as the unique choreography of pole fitness teaches you beginner moves like hip rotations to advance spins on the pole.

Ladies, this is your chance to have some real fun with fitness.
