Women, and men, valleywide are wishing for one thing this holiday season -- not to gain those 10 extra holiday pounds between turkey day and Christmas.
To make that wish come true a fitness trend loved by celebs has landed in the Valley.
The workout is promising no more sweaty gyms, boring bikes and annoying aerobics classes.
It's offered at new workout facility called "The Dailey Method" - a chic studio that offers one-hour barre classes that are a mix of pilates, ballet, yoga and stretching.
Owner Linda Nofer says 'who knew all those years of doing ballet as a kid were a waste?'
Nofer says women who have done yoga or seen trainers for years rave that they are actually finding new curves and muscles, thanks to this new class.
Nofer says her workouts also emphasize on core strengthening and stretching.
In addition to floor work and free weights, the studio features exercises at a ballet barre.
New clients can have unlimited workouts their first month for $100.
Individual classes are $20, with various packages available.
Two hundred dollars will get you as many workouts as you can handle in a month. New moms can go to an unlimited number of classes in three months for $450.
Classes are seven days a week and child care is available Monday through Saturday for $6 per child.
