A new study suggests beer may be good for your bones.

According to the study from the National Institutes of Health, ales and pale ales are the best for your bones.

The study says that silicon in the beer can offset the risk of the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis.

Silicon can also be found in foods like granola and oatmeal.
