1. The step-up-Just how it sounds. Place your hands at your waist and use the bench as a big stair. Once you get both feet on the bench, step down and start with the other foot.

2. The tricep dip-With both hands on the seat of the bench, make a seat in front with your body. Dip down and push yourself up. For a harder workout, straighten your legs, resting on your heels.
