the lady who died from sticking her head over a firework she had just lit was a moron and probably had it coming on that one..... not too many people get hurt from fireworks.... and when they do get hurt it is usually because if an isolated incident of stupidity, maybe if fireworks were made legal we can require a permit (a safety course of 2 weeks should be required before obtaining said permit) to buy a certain grade of explosives, this way the state can have more money from issuing permits and sales tax revenue and we can buy our fireworks knowing we know what we are doing and if we blow ourselves up it is on our own as s.....why cant the media be more neutral on issues like this and present both sides of the argument instead of going to one side and spitting out propaganda BS
