In these economic times it can be difficult to find time for the one you love. Here are a few tips to help couples make time for themselves, feel happier and still save money.
Resources come in many shapes and sizes sometimes money is the issue, other times too little time and fatigue are the culprits.

#1 Put date night on the calendar. If you don't make the time and write it down, it gets gobbled up by all your other duties.
#2 To prevent marital stress enjoy a culture of positive words in your marriage. Breathe through it when you wish to speak ill of or to your partner. Promise yourself to say at least one nice thing to your partner and kids each day. Good begets good.
#3 Replace anger and irritability with laughter by taking the time to be silly, be grateful and share humorous moments.
#4 Visit
Go City Kids Date Night or another activity site in your area to find fun local activities for FREE.
#5 A simple glass of fresh lemonade or homemade cookies in the drive-way under the stars can be fun. Good times don't have to be fancy.
#6 Join a baby-sitting co-op with two or three sets of parents you trust. Assign one night per month to each family and get out and enjoy the time together.
#7 Get rest or alone time when you can. Stop feeling guilty you need to rejuvenate yourself if you are going to rejuvenate your marriage.
