Halloween Hats are a great way to personalize your Halloween decorating.

Tricia Samsal, artist and blogger of Vintage Bliss says by using basic scrapbook paper and printed vintage images you can create the look and nostalgic appeal of old-fashioned Halloween decorations.

The only limitation with these is your imagination!

How to make the Halloween Hats:

1. You need a paper mache cone, any size will do.

2. Cover it with some Halloween inspired decorative paper.

3. Trace a circle on some corresponding paper for your bottom circle of your hat.

4. Use adhesive to glue to the bottom of your cone.

5. Adhere your image to front.

6. Add some paper fringe to the bottom for some whimsy.

7. Add a crepe paper fringe to the top of your hat as well and embellish with tickets, candy, buttons or anything you like to personalize your creation!

To make these hats with Tricia Samsal, register for her October 17 class at Domestic Bliss in Mesa.
