Grilled and chilled true citrus shrimp

GRILLED & CHILLED TRUE CITRUS SHRIMP

1/4t garlic powder
1/2t cayenne pepper
2T olive oil
1T rice wine vinegar
2 packets True Lemon™
2 packets True Lime™
2 packets True Orange™
water
2 lbs. shrimp; peeled, deveined, tail on (21-25 per pound)
Combination of 1 packet each of True Lemon™, True Lime™ & True Orange™

1. Preheat grill for medium heat.

2. In medium bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients (garlic powder through True Orange™) adding a little water as needed

3. Add the shrimp and gently toss until evenly coated.

4. Use either a perforated mesh grill top pan or skewer shrimp and place on grill.

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until just turn bright pink on outside and opaque in center.

6. Lightly sprinkle with combination of True Lemon™, True Lime™ & True Orange™

7. Enjoy!
