Chef Francesco Roccato of Prado restaurant at Montelucia Resort & Spa created a delectable Merguez Sausage for the Chef's Table dinner Januar 7 benefiting Wings to Fly, a non-profit organization promoting life-long self esteem in young women.

The fundraising event will be held at 5:30 p.m. at Prado, the centerpiece of Montelucia, featuring a sunset champagne reception followed by an eight-course dinner which Chef Roccato will personally prepare and present.

Seating is limited for this special culinary affair. Please call 602-286-0313 for reservations and cost for the Chef's Table benefit dinner is $1,000 per person.

Wings to Fly enables young women (ages 11 to 17) to soar in life through week-long educational camps focusing on the emotional, physical, spiritual and financial building blocks of life. I will be assisted by young aspiring female chefs to help with the preparation of this memorable Chef's Table dinner.
