This Shrimp Scampi recipe is the perfect union of shrimp and pasta, of savory and tangy, making it a great recipe to whip up in 20 minutes or less for your family.

Shrimp Scampi
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Oil
8 each Shrimp
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh chopped oregano
2 oz White Wine
3 oz Unsalted butter
10 oz Pasta
¾ tsp Salt & pepper
½ each Lemon
Pinch of Parmesan Cheese
PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oil and sauté shrimp until light pink
2. Add garlic and oregano for 1 minute, until garlic is lightly browned
3. Add wine and reduce by half
4. Add parsley and butter until melted
5. Place hot pasta in bowl
6. Place shrimp on pasta then top with sauce
7. Top with Parmesan cheese
