Triple-Chocolate Ice-Cream Sandwich1 Sandwich
Ingredients:2 (4-inch) dark chocolate chip cookies
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
3 tablespoons of chocolate sauce
Confectioners’ sugar, to dust
Directions:Place one cookie on a service plate and top it with a scoop of ice cream.
Place the other cookie on top and you have what looks like a softball between two Frisbees.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over everything and dust the plate with the confectioners’ sugar.
