Chocolate Banana Crepes
Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
1 ea Square Crepes
½ cup Nutella
1 ½ cup Banana Ice Cream
2 oz. Caramel Sauce
2 halves Banana
5 each Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
3 tbsp Chocolate Sauce
1 scoop Banana Ice Cream
PROCEDURE
1. Lay out crepe and spread Nutella evenly on crepe leaving a ½ inch border
2. Spread ice cream in middle of crepe
3. Roll crepe into a log and cover with plastic wrap
4. Re-freeze the log until hardened
5. Pour caramel in bottom of bowl
6. Place 2 banana halves on caramel
7. Place 2 pieces of crepes across the bananas
8. Put 1 scoop of ice cream on top of crepes
9. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top of dessert
10. Place chocolate espresso beans on outside of crepes
