The Orange Creamsicle Smoothie1 medium orange, peeled
1/2 medium banana or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 T ground flaxseeds
1 cups ice
1/8 cup honey or agave nectar
3/4 cup almond milk
Directions:Blend and drink! (It's that simple!)
The Kitchen Sink Smoothie1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup red grapes
1 medium seedless oranges, peeled and white bits removed
3/4 cup ice
Blend and drink!
The Afternoon Pick-Me-Up Smoothie
1 cup chocolate almond or soymilk, chilled
1/2 banana
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1 tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 T honey or agave nectar
Blend and drink!
Melon Madness Smoothie2 cups of honeydew melon (seeded and chopped)
1 cup yogurt
1 cup almond milk
ΒΌ cup honey
ice cubes
