Honey Lemonade
Yields 1 large serving

Ingredients:
15 oz lemon juice
15 oz honey
water

Preparation
Using a gallon container add 15 oz of honey.
Mix with hot water until fully dissolved. Add 15 oz of lemon juice
Fill remaining with water. 
Shake well and serve over ice.


Ginger Mint Nojito
Yields 1 large serving

Ingredients:
5 to 7 Mint leaves
1/4 tsp Grated ginger
1/2 Lime juiced
2oz Honey lemonade
fill Soda water

Preparation:
Tear mint leaves. Add Ginger, lime juice and lemonade. 
Shake well. 
Fill remaining with soda water. 
Pour into collins glass. 
Garnish with lime wedge.


Green Arnie
Yields 1 large serving

Ingredients:
1/2 tbl. Matcha
1 oz. Hot water
Lemonade

Preparation:
Stir matcha and hot water until dissolved. 
Pour into Collins glass over ice. 
Fill remaining with lemonade. 
Garnish with lemon slice.
