If you’re trying to choose a new auto insurance company, the
Automotive Service Association of Arizona hopes to help make that decision a little easier.
While some insurers try to provide quality repairs and service, others focus on cutting costs to the point of providing inferior repairs and services to their policy holders.
ASA of Arizona just released its “best insurer” survey. The association asked collision repair shops in the state to rate insurance companies on a scale of one (worst) to ten (best) based on this question: “Do the insurance company’s overall policies, attitudes and payment processes focus on providing quality and timely repairs for the consumer?”
“The most important aspect of the survey is that it underscores the significant variance in how insurers treat their policyholders after a covered loss,” said Luz Rubio, Executive Director of ASA of Arizona.
Thirty-nine insurance companies were scored and ranked.
