Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Goodyear is hiring ahead of its one-year anniversary.
The hospital opened in December 2008, near Interstate 10 and Litchfield Road, with 14 in-patient beds and is expanding with 10 more.
About 265 employees now work at the hospital, but a director said the facility is on track to have 400 employees within the next three years.
Nurses are expected to be in greatest demand.
CTCA is hiring in the Valley, with most employees living in West Valley cities.
The for-profit company operates hospitals in Chicago, Tulsa and Philadelphia.
A fifth hospital is planned near Atlanta.
