Gov. Brewer signs bill on medical malpractice suits

These seem decent enough to me. With regard to emergency personnel, realize that often they are flying blind and their number one concern is saving or stabalizing the patient and have to think fast on their feet. As a precaution, keep your medical info near or on your person, as on a bracelet or in wallet or purse, or note on your fridge.
