While it may not be snowing in the Valley, there is a crisp chill in the air. The cooler temperatures and wet weather are expected to continue most of the week.

David Stoll, of Phoenix, is fighting the cold with fire.

"I'm stocking up on wood," said Stoll.  "It's getting a little cold out."

He loaded up the back of his pickup truck with enough wood to get through the winter.

"Yesterday, (I) built the first fire and went out and looked and was a little low and decided to stock up," said Stoll.

With customers like Stoll, sales are stacking up at Berry Brothers Firewood near 53rd Street and Washington in Phoenix.

"This is when we make money," said owner Thomas Berry.

The company is forecasting business to heat up as the weather cools down.

"Today was a pretty busy day. I expect all week to be very good and into the holiday's."
