Job seekers turned out by the hundreds in Mesa Tuesday hoping to land an entry level job with a popular fast food chain.

In-N-Out burger held a job fair at the Hilton Hotel located near Alma School Road and US 60 in Mesa.

The burger chain is hiring 60 new employees for its newest location at Fiesta Mall which opens later this month.

"We've got some tough decisions to make," said Ray Gonzalez with In-N-Out burger.  "We've already talked to some quality people.  We've got some tough decisions to make."

People started showing up at 4:45 a.m. for the job fair that started at 8 a.m.

By noon, the line stretched out the hotel's doors into the parking lot where job seekers waited for hours in near triple digit heat just for an interview.

"I saw the sign on their new store and thought if I have to flip burgers to make money, I'll flip burgers to make money," said Lamont Herndon of Florence.

The In-N-Out job fair continues Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
