PHOENIX, AZ -- The famous Oscar Meyer Wienermobile is making a stop in the Valley, and all for a great cause.
St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance will be commemorating the opening of their new Emergency Food Box Distribution Center at 3131 W. Thomas Road in Phoenix on Monday and the beloved Wienermobile will be on hand to help celebrate.
There will be tours of the massive Oscar Meyer vehicle, and of course authentic weenie whistles will be handed out to anyone willing to sing the famous song.
Jerry Brown, who works with St. Mary's, said everyone at the new location will be helping to collect food for the upcoming holiday season.
