Peoria's fireworks show to be held afterall

PEORIA, AZ -- Peoria will be one of the few Valley cities hosting fireworks this 4th of July.

They are calling the event,
"4th of July: All American Festival".
 
From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., head to the Mariner’s Practice Fields of the Peoria Sports Complex located at 16101 N 83rd Ave.
 
There you will find a range of family friendly activities to include a water zone where it is promised you will get wet.
 
You can also cool off with a beer in the food zone and enjoy a F-16 Fly-over.
 
There are two entertainment zones for kids.
 
For everyone over the age of 13 it will cost you five bucks to get in but parking is free.
 
You are allowed to bring lawn chairs and your own food.
 
Not allowed are glass containers, pets, and canopies.
 
Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:15 p
.m. (weather permitting).
