SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Enjoy a night of fine wine and art.
Arcadia Fine Wine commissioned Phoenix-based artist, Don Carstens, to produce a grand scale piece to be prominently displayed at the shop’s downtown Scottsdale
In celebration of Carstens' creation of “Ripples,” Arcadia Fine Wine will be hosting a reception for art and wine lovers.
The even will be held on Wednesday, August 26 from 6-8pm.
Carstens will be on hand at the reception.
Along with the art the reception will feature a range of boutique and highly allocated fine wines from around the world.
Throughout the evening,
Arcadia Fine Wine will be offering specialty discounts on glasses of wines, select boutique labels and a $10 wine tasting for guests.
“Wine is a form of art, so it only seemed natural to combine the two expressions,” said Kate Portanova, founder and owner of Arcadia Fine Wine. “I encourage everyone to celebrate the artistic talent that we have here in Valley, and we look forward to partnering with other local artists in the future to showcase their work.”
Carstens' “Ripple” is a combination of nine different “windows” that combine to create one piece of art.
Arcadia Fine Wine is located on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Camelback roads at 4747 N Scottsdale Road, Unit C-1007, Scottsdale, Arizona.
