Kai voted “Best Food,” “Best Service” and “Best Overall” restaurant in Phoenix
Kai at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is being named one of the best places to eat nationwide! That’s according the 2009 Zagat guide, the diners of OpenTable and the meticulous inspectors of AAA.

Recently Kai emerged as the only AAA Five Diamond establishment in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Most recently, Kai was again awarded the only 2009 AAA Five Diamond Award in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

More than 15,000 OpenTable.com diners voted Kai “Best Food,” “Best Service” and “Best Overall” restaurant in a recent poll.

Local food critics agree, as Kai continues to top “Best Of” lists in Valley publications being touted for “Best Patio Dining” and “worth it” in this challenging economy.

Kai, the Pima word for seed, opened in October of 2002.  Its the first Native American owned or themed establishment in history to receive the coveted AAA Five Diamond Award and now the Mobile Four Star Award.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Michael O’Dowd and Chef de Cuisine Jack Strong, along with Consulting Chef and James Beard Award-winner Janos Wilder, Kai has coined its own “Native American Cuisine with Global Accents” and has won the hearts of Resort guests, local foodies and even the toughest food critics.

Kai is open from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday. Reservations are strongly encouraged and the dress code discourages denim and prohibits shorts and hats.
