Riazzi's has a warm casual atmosphere that appeals to families, couples and business people which has been servicing Valley food lovers since 1947.
Before then, The Riazzi family serves hungry customers in Pennsylvania in the 1930s
In the late ‘40s and ‘50s Riazzis had restaurants on McDowell and also at Van Buren and 52nd Street.
Today this Italian landmark makes its home in Tempe on Mill and has served several generations of customers.
For many Valley families it has become a tradition to dine at Riazzi's.
The food is homemade and much of it prepared the same way it was prepared 50 years ago, from salad dressings, bread and sauces to raviolis, lasagna and desserts.
The Riazzi family says the comment they hear often is the food is consistent and reasonably priced. It's the same as it was a month ago, a year ago or even 30 years ago.
