The owner of
Moto Sushi, Vince Heppler, believes in the power of the tastes of the Far East on the palate.
His interest in the Japanese culture was formed when he was just a teen. Hethen took it a step further, actually traveling to the country to study sushi.
He made a bit of local history becoming the first Anglo sushi chef in Arizona.
At Moto, he serves sushi, drinks and a bit of everything else... but all with an Asian flair!
