Mary Rose Wilcox is also being investigated for fraud, she penned her name as a restaurant manager at Chili's Restaurant inside Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor just to lend her hispanic name so they could get permission to operate there. Evidently, the airport management prefers to give only hispanics permission to open businesses in there. Now they are being sued and she is under investigation, because she never is on the job as rest. mgr. I think the "I Hop" on Mtn. View Rd. and 90st. in Scottsdale is a nasty place, the food is disgusting, its dirty and the service is just as poor. Carlos OBrian's on Frank Lloyd Wright and Scottsdale Rd. is super good, the food is excellant and the service is outstanding and the prices are just right! We eat there every week.

The El Portal is nothing but a garbage dump and has been for years. Other restaurants with as many violations as the El Portal has had would of been closed down by now. Gee I wonder how it is that this place remains opened. Also, it would be nice if Maricopa County would fix their site to where you could enter a zip code and find the Inspection Ratings of the restaurants within that zip code.
