The Picnic Company Gourmet Café will actually pack you a basket for two for lunch as one of their menu items!
Priding itself on fresh ingredients, this family-owned Tempe-based café has been around since 1990, and spread as far as Spokane, Washington.
As far as variety, the menu is huge with over 20 sandwiches, salads, coffee drinks and yogurt, too.
“My favorites are the Michigan (name of a sandwich), Napoleon and the Philly,” says Jason, one of the managers. “Our signature sandwiches are also great.”
With five types of bread, three types of cheese and three soups a day, the options are endless.
