Heirloom An American Restaurant in north Scottsdale.
The restaurant is located a mile south from his ten-year staple Michael’s at the Citadel, which closed over a year ago.
DeMaria wants Heirloom to be dedicated to preparing and serving locally grown and raised produce and meats. When it is possible, the produce is picked and cooked the same day.
Heirloom has unique price points and the courses are fashioned in “smaller portions,” allowing for multi-course indulging. In addition to DeMaria's signature dishes, new Heirloom menus are unveiled the first of every month to offer dining guests inventive dishes featuring ingredients currently in harvest.
Heirloom’s eclectic and exciting wine list provides some of the best American varietals “by the glass,” most of the wines on the list are produced in America.
“When people leave Heirloom, we want them to feel we have cooked well for them,” explains DeMaria.
