I am crushed. I watch Charlie Gibson, almost every evening. We are losing a lot of good men, Ed Bradley, Dan Rather (no longer on the air), Peter Jennings, Walter Cronkite. I have to hope that Bob Schieffer hangs in there for awhile. As far as Diane Sawyer, I am not, never have been or will be, a fan.

I hardly watched Charles Gibson's newscasts bc he looked so much like the "Scarecrow" character from the original Wizard of Oz movie with Judy Garland. He was always looking for a heart and falling down, so I just could not take his news seriously enough!
