Chris Kline joined ABC15 News in August 2006 as the station’s first web reporter for ABC15.com.
Chris has won 4 Emmy awards for his work with online news.
He manages news content on the site daily as Executive Producer of New Media and also reports about the latest internet trends on ABC15-TV.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Chris is pretty familiar with the Valley.
He graduated from Brophy High School before taking a couple years out of the state to get his Bachelor's degree in journalism from The George Washington University in the nation’s capital where he graduated magna cum laude.
In D.C., Chris interned with Dateline NBC and CNN’s The Situation Room before taking a job in 2005 to help manage studio audiences for CNN’s interactive shows, Crossfire and On The Story.
Warmer weather and family brought Chris back to the Valley the following year as an online reporter for The Arizona Republic.
When Chris is off the clock, he loves to hit the road and travel around the state.
