Angie Holdsworth joined ABC15 News in October of 2003 as a general assignment reporter.
From Lincoln, Nebraska, she started her reporting career in Joplin, Missouri in 1995 and later moved to Colorado Springs where she was recognized by the Colorado Associated Press for her reporting on the day of the Columbine High School shooting, and for her documentary work on a Holocaust Survivor's story.
Angie also worked in Fort Wayne, Indiana as a weekend anchor and in Palm Springs as main anchor.
Most recently, Angie was nominated for an Emmy for her reporting at ABC15 and received an Emmy for her work producing a documentary on the restoration of the Rio Salado.
Angie's husband, Chris, is a well accomplished news photojournalist who also works here in the Valley. They have a son (born 2007) and a daughter (born 2009), along with two cats.
