THANK YOU: Claus-A-Thon raises $376,613 for Operation Santa Claus, Valley charities

Thank you Arizona! Your generosity helped us raise $376,613 on Tuesday for ABC15's Operation Santa Claus.

Our annual Claus-A-Thon flooded the airwaves for 18 straight hours to help raise money for Valley families in need this holiday season.

This year's charities are St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix, Inc., Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) and Military Assistance Mission (MAM).

If you weren't able to donate Tuesday, Operation Santa is still well underway!

There are many opportunities to take action and help the drive between now and December 19:

Drop-off points for toys and food are:
· ABC15 Studios – 515 North 44th Street, Phoenix
· Sanderson Ford – 6400 North 51st Avenue – Glendale
· Sanderson Lincoln – 2121 West Bell Road – Phoenix
· All of The UPS Store locations across the Valley

Online donation opportunities:
· Donate on the web at
· Text SANTA at 46988 from any mobile phone to make a donation

Anyone who donates to our cause has the opportunity win either a new Ford F-150 Super Crew EcoBoost or a new Lincoln MKZ. The fifteen finalists will also receive a $100 Visa gift card. Winner will be announced on December 20 during ABC15's Sonoran Living Live at 9 a.m.

Operation Santa is a partnership between ABC15 and Sanderson Ford and Lincoln that collects food, toys, clothes and monetary donations for local charities, with incredible support by Clear Channel radio and Valley UPS stores.

The entire Operation Santa drive runs through December 19, and culminates with a "Human Chain" of volunteers who help deliver all the collected goods to Arizona families in need.
