As part of the ABC15 and Mayo Clinic Rally for Red mission to keep our community heart healthy, we want you to know and keep track of four key body measurements.

The American Heart Association says it is important to always be aware of these heart-health numbers to reduce your risk of heart disease.
So how do you know what's right for you? Check out some recommendations from the American Heart Association:
WEIGHT (used to calculate Body Mass Index)
Goal: BMI less than 25 kg/m²
Goal: Less than 120/80 mmHg
BLOOD SUGAR (fasting glucose)
Goal: Less than 100 mg/dL
Goal: Less than 200 mg/dL
