Organic mangos recalled over possible listeria contamination

PHOENIX - A limited number of organic mangos have been recalled due to possible contamination with listeria.

According to the FDA posting, Tommy Atkins mangoes may be contaminated with listeria. They were sold between April 14 and May 2 under the Purity Organic brand.

Users should look for the PLU numbers 94051 and 94959.

No illnesses have been reported, according to the release. Shipments were sent to Arizona, California, Colorado, New Jersey and Texas.
